Team names, school names, club names, league names, and associated marks remain the property of their respective organizations unless otherwise stated.
ODS does not claim ownership over customer-submitted artwork or licensed team marks provided for approved production purposes.
Custom Apparel & Print Disclaimer
Many products sold through ODS are custom-produced or print-on-demand items. Slight variations in color, print placement, garment texture, distressing, sizing, and finish may occur between production runs.
Vintage, washed, heathered, pigment-dyed, and specialty garments are intentionally designed to have variation and unique appearance characteristics.
Mockups shown online are digital representations and may not exactly match final production.
User-Submitted Content
Customers and partner organizations are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to any logos, artwork, slogans, images, or trademarks submitted to ODS for production.
By submitting content, you represent that:
- You own the rights to the material, or
- You have authorization from the rights holder to use it.
ODS reserves the right to refuse production of any content that may violate intellectual property laws, contain hateful or illegal material, or create reputational or legal risk.

ODS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or products purchased through it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability related to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Prices, product availability, shipping timelines, and garment selections are subject to change without notice.
ODS reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, abuse, unauthorized resale, or violations of these terms.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Estimated fulfillment and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
ODS is not responsible for delays caused by:

Returns & Exchanges
Because many ODS products are custom-made, decorated, or produced on demand, returns and exchanges may be limited except in cases of:
